On November 19, Hiking Group held its annual executive seminar, Zhang Jianhua, the chairman of Hiking Group, Yu Yi, the president of the board of supervisors, executives of Hiking Group and the directors of each functional department of the headquarters attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Liu Duping, president of Hiking Group, the participants summarized their work, found the present problems and analyzed the present situation before they discussed the overall work guidelines and work measures of the group in 2017. The participants reached a consensus over the work guidelines of the group in 2017.
　　In his speech themed as “Forging A Century Enterprise with Prosperous Business Development”, Zhang Jianhua proposed the overall development strategy of the group in 2017 and the following period of time, which has indicated the roadmap for the development of Hiking.
