March 5~16, Zhang Jianhua, chairman of Hiking Group and a deputy of the National People’s Congress, attended the 4^th session of the 12^th National People’s Congress. In the morning of March 8, Mr. Zhang attended the 4^th plenary session of Shandong Delegation and delivered a speech. He urged to further implement each national financial policy to support development of foreign trade to reduce the financing cost and expand the financing channels to cut down the business cost of foreign trading enterprises.

　　As a deputy from the foreign trading sector, Mr. Zhang submitted a Proposal on Promoting the Supply-side reform in Foreign Trade Sector to Foster New Foreign Trade Advantages. During the meeting, Mr. Zhang actively participated in the discussion and the handling of state affairs and took part in all deliberations of Shandong delegation. Mr. Zhang also received interviews of Shandong TV, Dazhong Daily, Qingdao Daily, QTV, Qingdao Radio Station, Qingdao Finance Daily, Business Weekly and PeninsulaDaily and introduced the supply-side reform at foreign trade sector and the development of health industry on the sidelines of the session.
