In the morning of February 13, the working meeting of 2015 of Xinhuajin Group was held in Regent Hotel. Mr Zhang, Chairman of the Board, gave the working report on behalf of the management of the group. More than 100 persons including leaders of the group, deputy managers and managers of department of the head quarter, members of leading groups of subsidiaries and delegated CFOs attended the meeting.
Mr Zhang firstly gave a brief summary of the work of 2014 including an overall analysis of the business of all budget units and a review of the accomplishment of main jobs. He pointed out that facing a more and more severe business situation in 2014, the whole group was led by the overall working thought of “further improving operation efficiency and economic benefit and driving the group to realize the healthy and sustainable development”, actively implemented all working measures and drove the group to realize a stable development. Firstly, the group expanded the financing channels and increased the liquidity of assets to ensure the normal operation of capital. Secondly, the group actively changed mode and adjusted structure to get an orderly and stable development of all industrial blocks. Thirdly, the listed companies realized the restructure and the profit forecast of hair products to make the capital operation projects develop smoothly. Fourthly, the “Three Five-Year” strategy was established to determine the general development direction and target of the group for a certain period. Fifthly, the incentive distribution system was improved to establish the frame management measures for stock ownership incentive.
Regarding the work of 2015, Mr Zhang analyzed the international and the domestic situation briefly. Based on the analysis of business situation and the consideration of the actuality of the group, the general working thought of the group in 2015 was established: to strengthen the innovation driving force and the endogenous power and to continuously improve the operation quality and the economic benefit of the group. Therefore, in 2015, the group will place the economic benefit in a more outstanding place, lay emphasis on innovation and capital driving, continuously reinforce the main business of international trading and concentrate advantageous resources to follow the priority determined by the group, improving the endogenous power of relevant industries, actively cultivating new increasing points and constantly improving the operation quality, the comprehensive competitiveness and profitability of the group.
Mr Zhang arranged the working measures of the group in 2015 according to the general working idea. (1) to make efforts to optimize capital structure and to reduce financial cost; (2) to accelerate transformation and updating of international trade and to actively cultivate new increasing points; to develop service platforms for middle, small and micro enterprises and to continuously improve competitive advantages; to pay close attention to the progress of Sino-Korean Free Trade Zone; (3) to improve the development quality and the economic benefit of diversified industries; (4) to organize the implementation of the “three five-year” strategy of the group; (5) to perfect the legal person management structure to demonstrate the system and mechanic advantages of private enterprises; (6) to implement and promote the stock ownership incentive measures; (7) to consolidate the basis of management and to actually improve the macro management capability and the service level of the headquarter.
Finally, Mr Zhang emphasized that the tasks of the group in 2015 was heavy and arduous. He expected that the whole staff would have the high sense of mission and responsibility and the courageous spirit of being the first, follow the general working thought of “to strengthen the innovation driving force and the endogenous power and to continuously improve the operation quality and the economic benefit of the group”, unite as one to overcome difficulties and implement all working measures to accomplish all tasks of the year and to make the biggest effort and contribution to better and quicker development of the group!
After the speech, other leaders of the group, managers of the head quarter and main management members of the subsidiaries discussed on the working report of Mr Zhang in groups.
