In his speech, Chairman Zhang delivered warm congratulations and sincere greetings to the teachers, students and employees of Shandong Foreign Trade Professional Institute on behalf of all staff of Xinhuajin Group. He indicated, “As the oldest public foreign trade institute of Shandong Province, Shandong Foreign Trade Professional Institute has grown continuously through efforts and striving of generations of teachers, students and employees, obtained outstanding results in terms of discipline construction, talents’ cultivation, academic research and social responsibility and become an example of the foreign trade professional colleges. The institute is always running based on the foreign trade industry, persists in true and practical work style and serious and innovative learning spirit. It has cultivated a lot of top-end skillful talents with solid basic knowledge, good foreign language skill, strong professional competence and high humanistic quality and become a base and cradle of foreign trade talents making active contribution to the development of foreign trade undertaking of Qingdao, Shandong and even China.” 
 He said, “In the past years, Xinhuajin Group has kept close relationship with Shandong Foreign Trade Professional Institute and had deep friendship and special affection. During the decades, the institute has sent a lot of excellent talents to Xinhuajin Group and its subsidiaries to provide powerful talent support to the rapid development of international trade of the group. Those talents specializing in international trade or finance and accounting work hard and love their job. They make remarkable contribution on different posts and got rapid growth themselves. Now some of them have become leaders, middle management of the group or management and business backbones of subsidiaries. The graduates of foreign trade institute have the advantages and characteristics of rapid learning ability, strong competence, good foreign language skill and high quality, which is the common idea in the foreign trade industry. In the past years, the talents cultivated by the institute have become an important force for the development of foreign trade undertaking of Shandong Province.”

He emphasized, “Now our country is facing the key period of reform and development.
