A team led by vice mayor of Qingdao Zhang Hui visits Hiking Group

On October 11, a team led by Zhang Hui, standing member of the CPC Qingdao Committee and vice mayor of Qingdao, visited Hiking Group to study the foreign trade operation of the city, the difficulties foreign trading company faces and the development trend of the foreign trade business in the next stage. Ms. Zhang and her entourage held a talk with top executives from Hiking Group. Zhang Jianhua, Chairman of Hiking Group, raised his thoughts and ideas on supporting “going international” of enterprises and the establishment of comprehensive corporations groups. Ms. Zhang pointed out that the idea of Hiking’s fostering comprehensive corporations groups is a development direction of the foreign trade sector in Qingdao, has good strategic significance and feasibility. And the strategy shall be planned with long term vision and implemented in a safety way. At the same time, the vice mayor required Hiking Group to further integrate the foreign trade service platform to assist more small and micro enterprises to develop. Hiking shall explore and form a long term and sound win-win mechanism and establish a harmonious cooperative relationship with these small and micro enterprises. The government will also provide support to the platform to continue to strengthen the usability of the trade platform and to expand the Hiking international trade platform into a comprehensive one that can help more small and micro enterprises to expand their business. And the platform shall be established and operated by enterprises with support from the government.
