Hiking Group holds induction training

　　In order to strengthen its talent pool, help the newcomers to understand the corporate culture and integrate themselves into the development of the group, Hiking Group held induction training from the afternoon of July 27 to 28 for over 70 newcomers who joined the group since last October. The training mainly includes the corporate culture with 12 Points of Insight & Experiences of Developments as the core and how to become a professional Hiking staff. The trainees also visited Regency Hotel, Jinghua Diamond, Haichuan Hair Arts and Edinburgh International Apartment etc., to understand the development status of the group.
