The New General Consul of the Republic of Korea to Qingdao Yoo Jae-hyun Visits H

On July 14, chairman Zhang Jianhua received the visiting new consul general of the Republic of Korea to Qingdao Yoo Jae-hyun, consul Lee Sang-taek, and their entourage. Mr. Zhang briefed them on the business development of the group and looked back on the friendly exchanges of Hiking and himself with people from all walks of life in Korea. He said, “Since the 1980’s, I was committed to the friendly exchanges between China and Korea, I have participated in the opening of the first container liner between Qingdao and Pusan and the first passengers shipping line between Weihai and Inchon. Since the establishment of Hiking Group, its cooperation with Korean enterprises becomes increasingly close, the two sides have good cooperation in logistics, harbor and finance. In this February, I won the government award of the Republic of Korea (No. 7657) issued by the Korean Foreign Trade Minister Yu Myung-hwan which is a great honor to me. I hope the new consul-general could further boost the in-depth cooperation between Hiking Group and enterprises in Korea.”
 
The consul general of the Republic of Korea to Qingdao Yoo Jae-hyun expressed his appreciation for Mr. Zhang’s efforts to boost the Korean-Sino friendship, especially the exchanges and cooperation between the enterprises of the two countries. He noted that during his tenure, he would strive to boost the friendly cooperation between Hiking and enterprises in Korea, and he hoped the exchanges and cooperation between the two sides could make substantial development.
