The 3nd Session of the 13th National People’s Congress was held at Beijing from May 22 to 28, 2020. The session was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but at the moment when China made major strategic achievements in the battle against COVID-19, nearly 3,000 deputies from all walks of life across the country including Zhang Jianhua, chairman of Hiking Group, sincerely performed their sacred functions vested by the Constitution and laws and held discussions concerning national policies and principles.
