From March 3 to March 15, 2019, Zhang Jianhua, a delegate to the 13th NPC and chairman of Hiking Group, attended the Second Session of the 13th National People’s Congress at Beijing. During the session, Mr. Zhang sincerely fulfilled his duty and participated in each deliberation of Shandong Delegation. He actively made speeches and offered his opinions and recommendations during group review.
