The cooperation MoU stipulates the cooperation objective, measures and mechanism of the two sides. Qingdao CIQ promises to inform the Group the modification and reform of relevant laws, regulations and policies, further simplify the application procedure of Certificate of Origin, innovate the issuance mode of Certificate of Origin, facilitate customs clearance, innovate surveillance mode and carry out One to One support and on-site training etc. While Hiking Group makes commitments to strictly abide by the national laws and regulations, further improve the management system, provide authentic, accurate and complete export data and report emergent incidents in time. At the same time, the two sides will establish a work team to jointly solve the problems found in the cooperation.
