In order to develop the overall advantage of the group and to give more welfare to the employees, our group proposed the “Family Card of Xinhuajin Employee” to the employees by the end of last year and distributed the cards before Chinese New Year. With the cards, they can enjoy preferential prices when consuming in Regent Hotel, Jimo Rice Wine Flagship Shop and Jinghua Diamond’s shops. Now the “family cards” have been used very well and more and more employees have got preferences with the “family cards”, which has promoted the development of the company business to some extent.
The development of the group in the past years depended to a large extent on our team of employees who are stable, professional, diligent and devoted. Mr Zhang Jianhua, Chairman of the Board, indicated in the Twelve Experiences from Entrepreneurship and Development, “We should better understand and care about the benefit of employees; and we should help the employees who make the real contribution to the enterprise to get more benefit.” In the future, our group will persist in the people-oriented policies and take more measures to realize the welfare of our employees and to let our employees share the fruits of reform and development of the group. We hope that our employees, at the same time of using the “family cards”, will actively support the products of the group, try hard to broadcast and promote our group and make contribution to the development of our group and subsidiaries.
