  On the afternoon of May 4th, Qingdao municipal government held the 100 Enterprises Forum contacted by Mayor Mr. Xinqi Zhang. Mr. Xinqi Zhang, Vice Secretary of CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee and Mayor, made a speech.
