On the morning of March 28th, the Inaugural Meeting of Shandong Nongovernmental External Exchange & Cooperation Chamber of Commerce and the First Congress of the Members were held inJinan. Mr. Rusheng Sun, Deputy Director of United Front Work Department of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, Secretary of Party Work Committee of Shandong Non-Public Economic Organization and Secretary of CPC Shandong Industry and Commerce Association Committee, attended the meeting and made a speech. The attendees discussed and passed relative management regulations and elected the members of relative organizations of the Chamber of Commerce during the meeting. Our Chairman of the Board Mr. Jianhua Zhang was elected the first Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce. 
Shandong Nongovernmental External Exchange & Cooperation Chamber of Commerce is an organization initiated and organized by 30 influencing private enterprises of ShandongProvince led by Hiking Group, registered after approval by Shandong Provincial Bureau of Civil Affairs and under the administration of Shandong Industry and Commerce Association. Its mission is to build up a non-governmental international commercial platform and contribute to the development of the externally oriented economy of Shandong Province. Mr. Chairman Jianhua Zhang expressed that the Chamber of Commerce would try its best to fulfill the responsibilities and serve the member enterprises wholeheartedly to create a comprehensive service platform for external exchange which can provide legal, standard, convenient, efficient and international one-stop service for the private enterprises of Shandong Province who want to “go out”.
