      In the morning of February 18, the fifth session of the 10th Shandong Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was grandly opened at Shandong Hall at Jinan. As a standing member of the 10th Shandong Committee of CPPCC, Zhang Jianhua, chairman of Hiking Group, and the other 800 plus CPPCC members would exercise their functions and make proposals and recommendations concerning the major issues in the field of economic and social development of Shandong Province.
