　On May 18, Zhang Jianhua, chairman of Hiking Group met with Mr. Andy, CEO of OR Company from the USA, who came to the headquarters to report his work. On behalf of Hiking Group, Mr. Zhang gave a full affirmation to OR Company and Mr. Andy’s work in the past one year time and asked Mr. Andy to express his appreciation to the hard work of all staff in OR Company. Mr. Zhang said in the past one year time, OR Company keeps good development momentum, the group appreciates the work of OR Company and Mr. Andy in the past year, and hoped they could make more efforts to keep ahead, cope with the changes in the international market and continue to sharpen the competitiveness of the enterprise; at the same time, the group will further intensify its support to OR Company and strengthen the supply capacity to boost the new development of the hair products sector in the group.
　Mr. Andy reported the latest development of OR Company, submitted recommendations on further strengthening the management in the USA factory and shared his work experience with the officials from the headquarters.
