Hiking Group completes the first RMB cross-border settlement

After the issuing of Notice on the Relevant Issues of Expanding Pilot Cross-Border Trade RMB Settlement by the six national ministries and commissions, our group kept a close look on the development of the policies and made a breakthrough. On June 23, the enforcement date of cross-border RMB settlement, our group successfully completed cross-border RMB settlements via ICBC Qingdao Branch and CITIC Bank Qingdao Branch, which is the first transaction of this kind of these two banks.
