From July 18 to the morning of July 20, “Hiking Group Strategic Development Forum and 2008 Mid-year Work Conference” was grandly open at Grand Regency Hotel. Chairman Zhang Jianhua delivered a speech themed Formulating Scientifically the second Five-year Plan to a Pursuit of New Height and summarized the implementation of the first Five-year Plan of the group and raised the overall objective, major adjustments and arrangement of implementation of the secondary Five-year Plan of the group.
